The Problem

New employees especially retail consultants and store operations teams—often struggle with initial store configuration.

The Goal

Create an engaging learning experience to equip learners with a clear, structured path to set up a fully functional store in LS Central.

What I Created

  • An interactive self-guided Rise module that breaks down the store setup process into manageable, logical steps (e.g., creating a store, assigning terminals, establishing POS profiles).

  • Modular content, interactive elements, and challenge scenarios.

  • Embeds practical exercises to reinforce retention and application.
