The Problem
Organisations speak about diversity and inclusion, but employees often aren’t clear on what those terms mean in day-to-day practice. There was a need for a learning experience that was welcoming, non-judgemental, and focused on action, not just definitions.
The Goal
Create a short, accessible e-learning course that introduces the basics of equity, diversity and inclusion. The aim was to build awareness, prompt reflection, and help people see where they could make a difference — no matter their role or background.
